spermatocele
A spermatocele is a benign, fluid-filled cyst that develops in the epididymis, the small coiled tube located on the upper testicle that collects and transports sperm. This cyst is typically filled with a milky or clear fluid that might contain sperm. While it's typically harmless and often doesn't require treatment, in some cases it may cause discomfort or be large enough to feel like a lump in the testicle region.

However, some men may experience discomfort from larger spermatoceles. They are harmless.
