    The right to work is the concept that people have a human right to work, or engage in productive employment, and may not be prevented from doing so. The right to work is enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and recognized in international human rights law through its inclusion in the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, where the right to work emphasizes economic, social and cultural development.

    Is a fundamental human right that a person who chooses to work is able to have employment of their choice which is just, fair, ethical and moral and pays the equal and identical pay for all wage relevant to the country the person lives and meets their ability, experience, knowledge, skills and where relevant training and qualifications. All job creation and employment must be aligned to the universes truth and the collective plan for the evolution of humanity.

    The right to work is a fundamental human right and is a facet of the universal declaration of human rights.
