    Pollina (Sicilian: Puòddina) is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Palermo in the Italian region Sicily, located about 70 kilometres (43 mi) east of Palermo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,102 and an area of 49.9 square kilometres (19.3 sq mi). Pollina probably occupies the site of the ancient city of Apollonia. The municipality of Pollina contains the frazione (subdivision) Finale . Pollina borders the following municipalities: Castelbuono, Cefalù, San Mauro Castelverde.
