    Cinchocaine or dibucaine is an amide local anesthetic. Among the most potent and toxic of the long-acting local anesthetics, current use of cinchocaine is generally restricted to spinal and topical anesthesia. It is sold under the brand names Cincain, Nupercainal, Nupercaine and Sovcaine.

    The word 'dibucaine' would has such limited use that I don't see the point in including it. I very much appreciate this site for the useful words it sends us. I am curious to know how you choose the words, and hope that your team does not simply pick them by simply opening a page and and choosing the first word on the page without concern for how useful the word may be. This is how it seems to me, and so I'm often disappointed. :(
