A type of nationalized public service that is accessible, affordable and sustainable, created and designed to provide a variety of preschool education services for children with the accurate and specific employee ability, experience, knowledge, skills, training and qualifications to provide the service responsibly. All employees who work in this service are guaranteed a starting wage of the living wage. This service is funded by unity government funding, philanthropy, music industry philanthropy, sportspeople philanthropy and is provided free to all parents across the country.
The childminder has to register with the government to ensure they are qualified and and have the necessary space, training, awareness and education understanding.
