It was created in September 2017 following the merger of the Brammer group and the IPH group, both acquired by US investment fund Advent International in 2017. Rubix is an English company based in London specialized in the distribution of industrial supplies. It has become the number 2 company in Europe in this sector with 650 branches in 23 countries and a turnover of 2.2 billion euros. Rubix has been ranked Number 27 on the 2018 Sunday Times HSBC Top Track 100.
