Suon Bou known as Loto was a Cambodian actor. He was one of several Cambodian actors who escaped alive from the Khmer Rouge. During the 1960s and 1970s in Cambodian films he consistently played comic roles because of his miniature stature. Loto was a famous comic actor during the "Sangkum Reastr Niyum" era, and was featured in many well-known films of the time. He appeared in Matt Dillon’s 2002 drama City of Ghosts, which was mainly shot in Cambodia. Loto portrayed the "red tuxedo man" club owner. He is the shortest star in Cambodian history. He died after a five year fight against an illness at 7:10 p.m. on August 7, 2006, at his home in Russey village, sangkat Stung Mean Chey, khan Mean Chey, Phnom Penh Cambodia.
