The two best things that ever happened to CNN were Ted Turner and Jeff Zucker.

  2. Don Lemon:

It's been a really tough day, today, and a tough few days for us here at CNN, so the truth is that we're all heartbroken because we lost our leader here. We lost a man who was the backbone, the glue and the spirit of this company, the man who I personally credit with change in my life, the man who believed in me when nobody else did. He is the reason that you have a gay, Black man with two hours of primetime, a show with my name on it, the only anchor of color in primetime on cable news, think about that. You want to talk about diversity? Here it is.

  3. Andrew Demaria:

Marc Lourdes was in Marc Lourdes element when on stage at industry and company events where Marc Lourdes passion and thought leadership on journalism, digital content and the people that make it shone through, marc Lourdes had a fierce dedication to Asia-Pacific and covering it, Marc Lourdes insight and context enriching CNN's global news agenda.

  4. Curtis Houck:

If we've learned anything over the past week, it's that CNN is not only a cult, but a cult of maniacal proportions, initially, one could argue the accolades for Zucker were a combination of fear about what he can still do to peopleand true hero worship, but it quickly became evident that it was entirelythe latter.

  5. Saj Khan:

Dr Homer said. The laser treats only the iris and does not enter the pupil or treat any portion of the inside of the eye where the nerves affecting the vision are located. The company is still in the fundraising stage but hopes to have completed clinical trials within several years. And the cost of turning your brown eyes blue ? Dr Homer says Stroma Medical would charge around $ 5,000( £ 3,120) for the procedure. Industry skepticism Industry reaction to the process has been muted. Ophthalmologists who deal with people's eyes, Dr Homer concedes, have every right to be skeptical for the simple fact they are dealing with one of the most sensitive organs in the human body. Saj Khan, an ophthalmologist at the London Eye Hospital, told CNN the treatment raised some red flags. ' The main concern with any procedure that involves releasing pigment inside the eye is that the pigment can clog up the normal drainage channels which can in turn cause the pressure inside the eye to go up, if that happens significantly enough, for long enough, it's how patients develop glaucoma.
