Bly is an unincorporated community in Klamath County, Oregon, United States. It is about 44 miles east of Klamath Falls. As of 2000, the population was 486.

(Ger.). A kind of a war machine which was used in ancient times to throw stones; some authors compare it to the catapult. In the year 1585, at the siege of the castle of Rucklingen, Albert, duke of Saxony and Lüneburg, was killed by a stone thrown by a blyde.
