I'm a seventh-grade teacher from Illinois with seven years of experience in a middle school language arts classroom. I have worked extensively on curriculum development, teacher training, and mentoring, and school and district policy. Also, I have a bachelor's degree in English Education and a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. My other interests include reading, knitting, cooking, paper crafts, and parenting topics. After teaching for a few years I went back to school to formalize my experiences with a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on instructional technology. Through this experience, I discovered that I have a lot to share with other teachers concerning technology integration, lesson planning, classroom activities, and more.
