Following reports that both Switzerland and the Netherlands suspended their funding to UNRWA, Israels United Nations Ambassador Danny Danon called upon all of the international to suspend funding. The report reveals alarming, but not surprising, findings. In addition to propagating false information about its refugee population, UNRWA has in recent years worked to redirect world funds to continue this corruption industry that has served its leadership. The international community, which generously finances UNRWA, must immediately suspend the budgets assigned to the agency. Ambassador Danon said. That arrogant refusal to account to parliament and the public is simply unacceptable, it is high time that the National Audit Office (the public spending watchdog) and the Public Accounts Committee conducted full investigations into the costs and management of the Successor program, and forced the Ministry of Defense to start answering the legitimate questions they are being asked.

I have been concerned for years about it and why I think the Department of Justice should be investigating, i believe strongly that federal watchdog agencies have a role in protecting consumers because serious safety concerns are raised by this practice of steering often involving the use of inferior or even salvaged or counterfeit parts.
