And that evening, the New York Times reporters produced audio of House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy saying exactly what New York Times reporters had quoted House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy as saying about pushing President Trump to resign. So, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is dead to rights here. There's no both sides of this debate. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy said the New York Times report was totally wrong. They had audio of House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy saying that House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy told members of Republican leadership that House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy would tell President Trump to resign. To the extent that House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy has a strategy for how to deal with this mess, it appears to be one of obfuscation. He mentions the timing of the request for comment as last minute. But why does when the question is asked impact how you answer it?New audio reveals House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy said President Trump admitted bearing some responsibility for Capitol attackHe says House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy misunderstood the question to be whether House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy had ever asked President Trump to resign. But, that was clearly NOT the question. Alex Burns and Jonathan Martin reported that House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy had talked to Republicans about telling Trump House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy should resign. The New York Times reporting on me is totally false and wrong. It comes as no surprise that the corporate media is obsessed with doing everything it can to further a liberal agenda, this promotional book tour is no different. If the reporters were interested in truth why would they ask for comment after the book was printed ?

Liberal reporters frankly supported the mandate, so they never did much digging. But as of January, there were 31,000 fewer full-time airline workers than before COVID. And while we were told pretty much everyone was complying, it turns out a lot of people were also quitting or retiring early, it's gotten so bad that JetBlue is basically begging flight attendants to take on some open shifts. Alaska Airlines is paying double to take on extra work, but it was the number of retiring pilots that is the most alarming. Obviously, no pilots means no flights.

Journalism's mission is ostensibly to' hold power accountable' - so why, when it comes to covering education issues, are reporters acting as the handmaidens of the powerful ? by failing to tell the full story about the conflicts and disagreements in local communities, journalists are further undermining their own profession. It's little wonder that trust in media is at a historic lowpoint.

We're all kind of feeling the same thing right now, this sort of disbelief that already a year has gone by and here we are, there's a bit of an informal network of reporters who've been through it that day, and are still coping with that, who are leaning on each other and talking to each other.

It’s terrible. It’s not anything I’ve ever wanted to admit, but there were so many rumors and untruths about my sister. I would get messages from [reporters] saying, ‘Can’t you tell us who it was?’ I always said no. But I wanted to have my sister’s back… No one was taking care of her with the truth. And I know she would have done the same for me. She was very protective of her family. I wanted to fight for her name.
