President Biden ’ll use Georgia as an example, highlighting that after Georgians decisively voted for new leadership in 2020, Republicans in the legislature decided that they could not win on the merits of their ideas and instead passed a voter suppression law that targeted mail-in voting, limited precincts in areas that did n’t vote the way they wanted, and empowered partisans in the state legislature to manipulate local boards of election.

There's people very, very disgusted with our governor in our area, in my area, it's no secret that it's President Trump territory. In some precincts down here, 98 % of the people voted for President Trump. ... I really believe that conservative people are really upset that( Governor Hogan) pulled away from President Trump.

Make no mistake, allowing Election Judges to carry handguns will intimidate voters and bad actors will use this opportunity to show up in Black and brown precincts and wreak havoc. This is dead wrong, texas Court of Criminal Appeals has a long and racist history of voter intimidation and allowing Election Judges to carry handguns in polling locations will only add to that ugly history.

The first crisis occurred when police vans and buses (with detainees) were driving around Moscow anxiously and jails didn’t let them in. They didn’t know where to put people, some people were brought back to police precincts. Some were standing the whole day inside police vans near the jails. Some got lucky and they were given food and taken to toilets. Some didn’t have luck and they had to pee in a bottle.

The reality of what you're seeing in Georgia today is a function of the Covid situation in large part. We did lose many polling places because it's summer time so schools are closed, churches opted out, VFW halls opted out, in Fulton County specifically, they lost 40 locations and collapsed many of those locations into mega precincts which saw a lot of those amazingly long lines.

This came as a shock to all of us, it's bad and demeaning, how can a Member of Parliament be attacked inside the precincts of the house, it's sad that male Members of Parliament are threatened by our presence, they are thinking we are taking their territories and they are not ready to accommodate powerful women leaders coming up. Instead of being scared they should all do their job of service delivery like we do, not hit women. No.

You cannot overstate the importance of having a Joni Scotter in every county, if not as many precincts as you can find somebody. The Joni Scotters of the world are the lifeblood of the Iowa caucus organization. Iowa is special because you can't simply come here, purchase a bunch of TV ads, and expect that to help you win alone. Now certainly, that's a part, but there's nothing that can replace organization. Anybody in this state will tell you if you have the choice between TV ads only or organization only, they would take organization without question. There is no way to measure the value of a solid organization working in Iowa's 99 counties.
