I think that it's an academic question that wouldn't arise but it's something that I can't opine on particularly because it does lie at the base of substantive due process doctrine which is something that continues to be litigated in courts today.

Lawmakers on Capitol Hill are definitely interested in seeing what this says to resolve a lot of questions and political accusations that have been swirling about how the FBI handled this, i think the most interesting place to see the reaction is going to be the President's Twitter feed. This has been a favorite topic of his and it is very, very likely that he's going to take whatever comes out of this and opine about it.

I think it is too early for us or anyone else to opine on how Brexit is going to play out, but I can tell you that the aircraft leasing business is set up to deal with temporary issues in geographic areas whether it is Russia or Brazil or The UK for us or Europe.
