That's the most difficult part about being an accident investigator, is dealing with the families, what the families want at this point is to obtain whatever remains they can from the victims of the accident. In this case, there won't be much for them to get.

As the entire House Foreign Affairs Committee saw in this week’s hearing, Secretary Blinken struggled to defend the haphazard decisions that he and President Biden made that led to the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal. This week I announced that Committee Republicans hired an investigator to join our team as we look into this systemic failure, and I hope that we are able to work together to come to an accurate conclusion and determine how this absolute tragedy could have been avoided.

I am grateful to the lead investigator for providing the committee with all of the facts of the case, not only did Tracy Stone-Manning collaborate with ecoterrorists, she also helped plan the tree spiking in Clearwater National Forest. She has been covering up these actions for decades, including on her sworn affidavit to the committee. This new information confirms that Tracy Stone-Manning lied to the committee that she was never a target of an investigation. The nominee has no business leading the Bureau of Land Management. President Biden must withdraw her nomination and if he does not, the Senate must vote it down.

It was huge, any homicide investigator will tell you that one of the first things is knowing your victim, understanding the victim. In a majority of homicide investigations, the victim had known their assailant. It’s not unusual. So for us to be able to finally identify the victim months later allowed us to get the ball rolling on the investigation. We went full steam ahead at that point.

As a percentage of homicides, these mass killings are also accounting for more deaths. He believes its partially a byproduct of an angry and frustrated time that we are living in. Densley also said crime tends to go in waves with the 1970s and 1980s seeing a number of serial killers, the 1990s marked by school shootings and child abductions and the early 2000s dominated by concerns over terrorism. This seems to be the age of mass shootings, Densley said. EL PASO SHOOTING LEAVES 20 DEAD, 26 INJURED He and James Alan Fox, a criminologist and professor at Northeastern University, also expressed worries about the contagion effect, the focus on mass killings fueling other mass killings. These are still rare events. Clearly the risk is low but the fear is high, Fox said. What fuels contagion is fear. The mass shootings this year include the three in August in Texasand Daytonthat stirred fresh urgency, especially among Democratic presidential candidates, to restrict access to firearms. While the large death tolls attracted much of the attention, the killings inflicted a mental and physical toll on dozens of others. The database does not have a complete count of victims who were wounded, but among the three mass shootings in August alone, more than 65 people were injured. DAYTON, OHIO, SHOOTING THAT LEFT 9 DEAD, 27 HURT HALTED IN UNDER A MINUTE BY COPS WHO SHOT SUSPECT: MAYOR Daniel Munoz, 28, of Odessa, was caught in the crossfire ofthe shooting that took place between a 10-mile stretch in West Texas. He was on his way to meet a friend at a bar when he saw a gunman and the barrel of a firearm. Instinctively, he got down just as his car was sprayed with bullets. Munoz, who moved to Texas about a year ago to work in the oil industry, said he had actually been on edge since the Walmart shooting, which took place just 28 days earlier and about 300 miles (480 kilometers) away, worried that a shooting could happen anywhere at any time. He remembers calling his motherafter the El Paso shootingto encourage her to have a firearm at home or with her in case she needed to defend herself. He would say the same to friends, telling them before they went to a Walmart to bring a firearm in case they needed to protect themselves or others during an attack. BEFORE MASS SHOOTING, TEXAS GUNMAN WAS ON A LONG SPIRAL DOWN, INVESTIGATOR SAYS You cant just always assume youre safe. In that moment, as soon as the El Paso shooting happened, I was on edge.

Peter Anthony Gallo, an international lawyer and former investigator for the UNs own watchdog, the OIOS, told Fox News that Peter Anthony Gallo was not surprised by the allegations. [ They ] do not surprise me in the slightest ; there is nothing unusual in them and they could just as easily have come from any one of a number of Organizations in the UN system because they reflect the management culture of disregard for the staff, disregard for the rules and a general air of entitlement and impunity, he said. Gallo who himself was a whistleblower at the U.N. and now director of, Hear their Cries, a group that reports on sexual abuse and exploitation around the world and at the UN. The problem is that U.N. agencies control their own investigative functions and deal with disciplinary matters internally. The result is that instead of being a means of addressing misconduct and wrongdoing, the internal justice system is more of a tool for intimidating any staff members who dare to report misconduct by senior staff, such as by Krahenbuhl and his cronies. Following reports that both Switzerland and the Netherlands suspended their funding to UNRWA, Israels United Nations Ambassador Danny Danon called upon all of the international to suspend funding. The report reveals alarming, but not surprising, findings. In addition to propagating false information about its refugee population, UNRWA has in recent years worked to redirect world funds to continue this corruption industry that has served its leadership. The international community, which generously finances UNRWA, must immediately suspend the budgets assigned to the agency. Ambassador Danon said. CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APP The aid money should be gradually transferred to the UNHCR( UN High Commissioner for Refugees), instead of helping the UNRWA leadership continue engaging in a series of ethical offenses.
