This transition is going to spur an enormous number of jobs. And these are jobs that can't be offshored because they happen in our houses, in our communities, electricians, pipefitters, plumbers, high voltage, auto mechanics. There's a large workforce that is going to be responsible for making this transition happen.

Dilapidated condition of Indian economy is such these days that first there are no Jobs and whatever little vacancy you see in newspaper is that for driver, fitter, welder, electricians, accounts assistants, teachers but nothing for white collar mainly for MBAs, B Tech or highly qualified people. No job advertisement is seen from Mutual Fund, Insurance, Banking or Big Industries. Governments jobs are almost never seen

It is the blue-collar, working-class American that we are looking for, i want to see heart. I want to see moms elected to Congress. I want to see your blue-collar workers, your electricians, your contractors, your commercial sandblasters.

We were really excited about that, too. Personally, I think women make the best electricians. They're very nimble, we had a great group of ladies. Some were coming through in their 40s, some were just coming out of high school, but we had 16 participants. I believe all of them are employed right now and making a really good wage.

Why is it interesting? Well, they're going after tradespeople, not the traditional mass market consumer, they want builders and electricians and mechanics and they can use that device and you can do simple diagnostics with it, so you can hold it up to a wall, you can see if a pipe's leaking, you can hold it up looking at an engine and you can see where gas is leaking. You can look at a wall and see where the cavities are; lots of different applications where dedicated thermal cameras are being used today but by putting that into their phone it makes it a bit more of an attractive proposition.
