Even if those documents are from the Trump administration, I think if you gave it to Jack Smith, you'd be sending a signal that, you know, it is of a commensurate seriousness as the Trump matter, and it's not, if Garland gives the Pence case to any existing special counsel, it would be to Hur because the Biden case feels much more comparable to the Pence case.

It's not too soon if you observe the caveat that's associated with that. And the caveat is, we need to be flexible, and if in fact we do see a turnaround and a resurgence, we have to be able to pivot and go back to any degree of mitigation that is commensurate with what the situation is, we can't just say that' we are done now ; we're going to move on.' There was a time when I was just consumed with emotion. I couldn't explain to myself why - as a megalomaniac - I felt so sad, embittered, isolated, powerless, ... stuff like that. I even called my Mom to talk to her to see if she had any insight. She did. Her explanation was that I wasn't doing what I supposed to be doing, but instead I was running from it, and that was what was leaving me feeling desolate. The lesson imparted was that ambition is inversely commensurate with a person's guilt; if the trip frustrates you, it's because the world is not yet in your image.
