Wikipedia
Telophase
Telophase (from Ancient Greek τέλος (télos) 'end, result, completion', and φάσις (phásis) 'appearance') is the final stage in both meiosis and mitosis in a eukaryotic cell. During telophase, the effects of prophase and prometaphase (the nucleolus and nuclear membrane disintegrating) are reversed. As chromosomes reach the cell poles, a nuclear envelope is re-assembled around each set of chromatids, the nucleoli reappear, and chromosomes begin to decondense back into the expanded chromatin that is present during interphase. The mitotic spindle is disassembled and remaining spindle microtubules are depolymerized. Telophase accounts for approximately 2% of the cell cycle's duration. Cytokinesis typically begins before late telophase and, when complete, segregates the two daughter nuclei between a pair of separate daughter cells. Telophase is primarily driven by the dephosphorylation of mitotic cyclin-dependent kinase (Cdk) substrates.

telophase
Telophase is the final stage in both meiosis and mitosis in a cell's cycle. During this phase, the chromosome segregation is completed and the cell divides, separating the chromosomes into two new nuclei at opposite ends of the cell. Telophase usually happens along with cytokinesis, the process where the cell is split into two distinct cells. It is followed by interphase, the stage where the cells grow and prepare for the next cell cycle.

Telophase
Telophase, from the ancient Greek "τελος" and "φασις", is the final stage in both meiosis and mitosis in a eukaryotic cell. During telophase, the effects of prophase and prometaphase are reversed. Two daughter nuclei form in each daughter cell, and phosphatases de-phosphorylate the nuclear lamins at the ends of the cell, forming nuclear envelopes around each nucleus. Two theories as to how this happens are ⁕Vesicle fusion—When fragments of the nuclear membrane fuse to rebuild the nuclear membrane ⁕Reshaping of the endoplasmic reticulum—where the parts of the endoplasmic reticulum containing absorbed nuclear membrane envelop the nuclear space, reforming a closed membrane. As the nuclear membranes re-form around each set of chromatids, the nucleoli also reappear. The chromosomes also unwind back into the expanded chromatin that is present during interphase. Telophase accounts for approximately 2% of the cell cycle's duration. Cytokinesis usually occurs at the same time that the nuclear envelope is reforming, yet they are distinct processes. In land plant cells, vesicles derived from the Golgi apparatus move to the middle of the cell along a microtubule scaffold called the phragmoplast. This structure directs packets of cell wall materials which coalesce into a disk-shaped structure called a cell plate. The cell plate grows out centrifugally and eventually develops into a proper cell wall, separating the two nuclei.

Telophase
The final phase of cell nucleus division following ANAPHASE, in which two daughter nuclei are formed, the CYTOPLASM completes division, and the CHROMOSOMES lose their distinctness and are transformed into CHROMATIN threads.
