Examples of squats in a Sentence
I do heavy weights in the morning for about an hour, and then I do 45 minutes of higher-volume lifting in the afternoon. My least favorite is the legs... I do quite a few chin-ups and rows. I do mostly old-school lifting with a lot of squats. I actually do more front squats than I do back squats, and I do a lot of deadlifting.
For example, I do 20 pushups before getting in the shower and 50 body-weight squats or a wall sit while brushing my teeth.

It's about replacing that old movement pattern with something different.
... I definitely try to do faster cardio in the morning just to get it out of the way, and then if I can, I’ll do some type of activity outside, like jump rope. But I also focus a lot on my legs like squats, lunges, and mountain climbers. I also have a StairMaster. But if I’m not doing that, I go on a bike ride down the beach. I also like meeting up with friends to work out right before a shoot because I want to prepare myself mentally more than anything.
If you’re doing squats using those bands, it’s assistance on coming up; if you’re pulling down, it’s giving resistance, it looks useful. So long as the exercises are assisted or resisted appropriately you have a good tool with a lot of variety.
