Soulsister
SoulSister was a Belgian music band consisting of musicians Jan Leyers and Paul Michiels that existed from 1986 to 1995 and was also known as the Soul Sisters and Leyers, Michiels, and SoulSister. SoulSister is also used as an affectionate term for black women in New Orleans. Jan Leyers had previous experience in the rock group Beri-Beri, while Paul had experience in the British rock group Octopus and as a solo artist.
