ChatGPT
sea breeze
A sea breeze is a coastal wind that blows from the ocean towards the land. It is usually caused by the temperature difference between the ocean and the land, with the land warming up faster during the day, causing the air above it to heat and rise, and the cooler, denser air over the ocean to move in to replace it, forming a breeze. This phenomenon usually occurs in the daytime.
Wikidata
Sea breeze
A sea-breeze is a wind from the sea that develops over land near coasts. It is formed by increasing temperature differences between the land and water; these create a pressure minimum over the land due to its relative warmth, and forces higher pressure, cooler air from the sea to move inland. Generally, air temperature gets cooler relative to nearby locations as one moves closer to a large body of water.
