years ago, my wife used to complain that my 'nose smelled" [no pun intended], I asked my doctor, an old semi retired German, who muttered some thing that sounded like "rhinal fume" I have suffered from post-nasal drip most of my life and wondered if that was an actual diagnosis and if there was a connection? and i have noticed that folks with sinus trouble frequently and occasionally have very foul breath.
