Wikipedia
piano maker
The piano is a stringed keyboard instrument in which the strings are struck by wooden hammers that are coated with a softer material (modern hammers are covered with dense wool felt; some early pianos used leather). It is played using a keyboard, which is a row of keys (small levers) that the performer presses down or strikes with the fingers and thumbs of both hands to cause the hammers to strike the strings. It was invented in Italy by Bartolomeo Cristofori around the year 1700.

piano maker
A piano maker is a skilled artisan or manufacturer who designs, builds, and repairs pianos. They have a good understanding of the acoustical properties and the mechanical and physical aspects of a piano, thus are able to create high-quality musical instruments. Traditional piano making could involve handcrafting, while modern makers may use a combination of machines and handcrafting. They may work independently, for a piano making company, or as part of a larger team depending on the scale of the operations.
