Global Impact
Global Impact is a non-profit organization that works with international charities based in the United States and administers four of the largest Combined Federal Campaigns (CFC), including the Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area, and the Combined Federal Campaign-Overseas. The CFC is a program to raise money from federal employees for local, national, and international charities. Global Impact affiliated charities include CARE, Doctors Without Borders, Heifer International, Save the Children, the U.S. Fund for UNICEF and World Vision. In 2016, Global Impact launched a counterpart organization in the United Kingdom—Global Impact UK.Global Impact raised more than $1.8 B since inception. In FY2018 Global Impact raised more than $73 million in total contributions, generating nearly $22 million in employee giving pledges for more than 100 charity alliance partners, and helping more than 45 corporate and nonprofit partners accomplish their philanthropic goals by providing advisory and backbone services.

Global Impact raises funds to meet critical humanitarian needs around the world. The organization funds more than 100 U.S.-based international charities through innovative partnerships and employee giving programs, and provides solutions to meet the unique giving needs of organizations and donors. In addition, Global Impact distributes charitable donations for some of America’s top corporations and administers one of the world’s largest workplace giving campaigns: the Combined Federal Campaign-Overseas. Since 1956, Global Impact has generated more than $1.6 billion to assure help for the world’s most vulnerable people. Global Impact's member charities work in developing countries around the globe providing a wide range of services to the those in need including: feeding the hungry; teaching effective farming techniques; providing prenatal care and education for expectant mothers; supplying clean water, medicines, and disease prevention programs; building schools and training teachers; promoting entrepreneurial opportunities through microloans; and providing assistance following natural and man-made disasters. During Fiscal Year 2012, Global Impact raised $108 million, supporting 11,000 charities and helping more than 400 million vulnerable people. Global Impact's administrative and fundraising to expense ratio was 4.5 percent during this period.
