    Flemings is a chain of supermarkets in Sydney, Australia. The chain is owned by Woolworths Limited and only two supermarkets still trade under the Flemings brand name. Internally they are known as Woolworths, feature the same marketing materials and carry the same home brand products. The remaining Flemings supermarkets are located at Bexley North and Jannali. The Pendle Hill store was refurbished and rebranded Woolworths in late 2009. The Umina Beach store on the Central Coast of NSW closed on 17 June 2010 because Woolworths opened a new store opposite the old Flemings store.
