    Denice is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 70 kilometres (43 mi) southeast of Turin and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) southwest of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 206 and an area of 7.4 square kilometres (2.9 sq mi).Denice borders the following municipalities: Mombaldone, Monastero Bormida, Montechiaro d'Acqui, Ponti, and Roccaverano.
