We've all seen photos of people carrying shopping carts filled with toilet paper out of stores. They probably won't buy more for three to four months, there will be a demand shock, and it will again strain the system.
The strengths of our downtown are unique and they haven’t gone away, everything from the small blocks, to interesting food carts you can’t get anywhere else, a variety of shopping experiences, easy access with transit -- those strengths are still there.

While it will continually be maintained every year as a parking lot, it will look appropriately as though it belongs inside the fences of Augusta National, imagine parking... a few years from now in a very beautiful park, and walking to the admissions gate without having any interference by cars or carts. It will be a straight, uninterrupted walk, a beautiful walk. We're pretty good at landscaping, as you know.
