    Ratcliff or Ratcliffe is a former hamlet lying by the north bank of the River Thames. It now remains only as a street called Ratcliffe Lane in Limehouse in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and the old area now split between Limehouse and Stepney after being absorbed into both.
