The pubs suffered a brutal shock when they were closed with no notice, the way it was done caused many problems and caused tens of millions of pounds of lost stock.
It's about consistency between what you say and what you do. And this is one of the problems... on the one hand, people are saying' Oh, it's still a risky situation, be very careful,' and on the other hand, they are opening pubs.
We need to look much beyond just the stadiums themselves, we need to look at how people get there, are they traveling in large crowded convoys of buses? And when they leave the stadiums, are they going into crowded bars and pubs to watch the matches?
