Examples of Edmonton in a Sentence

  1. Chris Tanev:

We’ve had one or two games during the year where similar to this, we let too many in, and we rebounded and we play really solid after that. we were killing well until obviously letting three goals in a period against Edmonton and tonight was all special teams and they got two and we got one and that was the difference in the game.

  2. Bo Horvat:

It is a good job at 5-on-5, but we’ve got to find a way to win those hockey games, when you do hold a team like Edmonton to two goals, you’ve got to figure out a way to score three.

  3. Chris Tanev:

We were killing well until obviously letting three goals in a period against Edmonton and tonight was all special teams and they got two and we got one and that was the difference in the game.

  4. Mike Smith:

Mark Scheifele and Neal Pionk scored for The Jets. Winnipeg’s Connor Hellebuyck stopped 27 of 30 shots. Mike Smith had 33 saves for Edmonton. ?( The Jets are) a good team. I mean, hats off to them, there’s some real good players over there and they’re going to create chances. Obviously you’re just trying to make saves at important times in the game when it’s close and we were able to get on the board early tonight and get them chasing. That always helps.

  5. Chris Creamer:

You look at examples, say, between baseball and hockey. You have the New York Rangers and the Texas Rangers or the Edmonton Oilers and the Houston Oilers have existed for many years in hockey and football and it’s hard to argue that there’s going to be confusion in 2018 for these names that have existed together with no issues for 40, 50, 60 years.
