    Bona is an unincorporated community in northeastern Dade County, Missouri, United States. It is located at the intersection of Routes 215 and 245 about fourteen miles northeast of Greenfield. It is situated near Stockton Lake. This small town is home to 30 citizens. There is no gas station, or any other businesses located inside the town. It is close to Stockton Lake, and offers great deer and turkey hunting opportunities. It is a traditional farming community, mostly involved in beef cattle, and fescue seed. The nearest school is Dadeville R-II School, located only 5 miles south of Bona. There is a 4 way stop at the center of town. There is a Church of Christ at the 4 way intersection. In late summer, baling and trucking of hay is a major source of revenue.
