    Ashburn is a census-designated place in Loudoun County, Virginia, the wealthiest county in the country for two consecutive years. As of the 2010 United States Census, its population was 43,511. It is 30 miles northwest of Washington, D.C. and part of the Washington Metropolitan Area.
