The defined status of the referendum being an advisory referendum or binding referendum to ensure the electorate are aware of the type of referendum and the level of importance.

    As each country is likely to have a referendum or many the electorate asked the unity government to create referendum rules to ensure clarity and transparency as referendums are important choices given to the electorate to decide as a collective.
