    When Jake (Mark Feuerstein) sets out to establish his authority as the new producer and impress Dylan (Ashley Williams) in the process, his plan backfires, isolating the entire staff against him and leaving his two co-hosts Gavin (Matt Letscher) and Lucia (Tessie Santiago) unwilling to come out of their dressing rooms just before they're ready to go on-air.
