    Having that soft light down, growing out of the seeds of some plants; such as thistles, dandelyon, hawk-weeds, which buoys them up so in the air, that they can be blown any where about with the wind: and, therefore, this distinguishes one kind of plants, which is called papposa, or papposi flores.
