Paal is a village in the Dutch province of Zeeland. It is a part of the municipality of Hulst, and lies about 20 km southwest of Bergen op Zoom. In 2001, the village of Paal had 58 inhabitants. The statistical area "Paal", which also can include the peripheral parts of the village, as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 80.
