Kobuvirus is a viral genus belonging to the family Picornaviridae. The genus is composed of four species, Aichi virus, Bovine kobuvirus, Porcine kobuvirus and Canine Kobuvirus, each possessing a single serotype. Aichi virus infects man, while bovine kobuvirus, porcine kobuvirus and canine kobuvirus, as suggested by their names, infects cattle, swine, dogs and cats.
