KLAR (1300 AM, "Radio Poder") is a radio station that serves the Laredo, Texas, United States and Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico border area. It broadcasts a Spanish-language religious format.

KLAR is a radio station that serves the Laredo, Texas, United States and Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico border area. It broadcasts a Spanish-language religious format. In the 1970s KLAR was an English language Top 40 station. In June of 1995 Crystal Media Inc. sold KLAR 1300 AM to Faith and Power Communications Inc. of Laredo Texas. Faith and Power Communications is a non-profit corporation registered with the IRS with a 501c3 Status. President of Faith and Power Communications Inc. is Pastor Hector Manuel Patino of Laredo.
